Doula Care
I provide you and your partner with support of all kinds throughout the entire childrearing continuum. I share information so that you can develop a vision for the best possible experience! Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs - get in touch to find out more.
Postpartum Care
A supported postpartum can turn the years following your baby's birth into rich, meaningful growth periods rather than a state of perpetual distress. I offer practical care as you navigate this enormous transition with a new little one at your side.
Education
Learn all about the process of natural birth through a series of classes that will prepare you for many of the eventualities you might face as your due date approaches. Classes are offered for individual couples or groups, as needed.

Birth is unique, intense, and empowering, and so it can be a beautiful opportunity for personal discovery. Each body and labor is distinctive. My goal is to share resources and information during your pregnancy so you can make the best decisions for yourself during this vulnerable time. I am passionate about helping women exactly as they need and want! During your birth, I help you discover your own strength and bring forth your new little one.
I am a doula because I want to help women experience the innate wisdom of their bodies during pregnancy and birth. You are well-equipped to bring forth your child, and it is my honor to offer physical and emotional support as you do. Transformation is inherent during the process of becoming a mother. Through this glorious transition, you will meet your new baby, and you will become a new version of yourself.

When I was little, I told my mom I wanted to know every single person in the world. Becoming a doula and birth assistant feels like the best version of that ambitious dream come true.
